During my recent New Year stay, I appreciated the prime location of the hotel, which was convenient for exploring the nearby attractions. the hotel offered good Wi-Fi connectivity and a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. the hot water supply was also uninterrupted for a relaxing shower.

The intercom and mobile number were not operational, which made it challenging to communicate with the staff. the used spoon for making coffee was sticky and had not been washed properly, and no pillow covers were available.
