The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Minakshi Pandita. She really went out of her way to make our evening sightseeing awesome. the food was top-notch, the rooms were comfy, and the location was perfect for exploring the area.

I wish there were more amenities available, like a gym or a pool. the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, which was frustrating.

We were thoroughly impressed by the excellent service provided here. the staff were very well-trained and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. the location was great, with a charming entrance gate and a bustling atmosphere. the ala carte restaurant on the fourth floor served delicious food in a calm setting, accompanied by old Hindi songs that added to the ambiance. the amenities offered, such as room service, laundry, and car hire, truly enhanced our experience.

We would recommend this place to friends, despite some instances where the staff's behavior could be improved. Their loud conversations in their native language gave off a slightly rude impression, making us feel a bit uneasy.
