During my Easter getaway, I was able to take advantage of the beautiful view of the hills from my room, which was clean and well-equipped with all the amenities. The staff was friendly and attentive, constantly ensuring that I was comfortable and satisfied with the food, which was delicious and offered a variety of options.

the portion sizes of the food were inconsistent, leading to unnecessary food wastage. the bathroom was small and the shower tapes were not easy to maneuver.

This hotel boasts exclusive amenities that truly made our stay luxurious. The indoor swimming pool was heated and had comfortable sun loungers, perfect for relaxing after a full body massage at the first-class spa centre. The staff provided exceptional service, always willing to accommodate our requests. The entertainment was top-notch, from live music to dinner under the stars, this hotel truly knows how to make guests feel special.

Although we had a fantastic stay, there was only one minor issue. The packed lunches offered by the hotel, though convenient, lacked variety and seemed repetitive during our 3-night stay.

Great view, courteous staff, excellent hospitality, well-maintained property, good location, good facilities.

During our stay at Fortune Park, we were impressed by the amazing hospitality displayed by the staff. Shagun and Venkat at the reception were particularly attentive and made us feel welcomed. The dining experience was also exceptional, with Bappa Das providing top-notch service at the Zodiac dining area. The hotel also offers delicious breakfast and a wide variety of food options for dinner. We were pleased with the prompt addressing of our requirements and the courteousness of the staff. The location of the hotel provides a lovely view of the hills and is surrounded by beautiful devdar trees, which adds to the overall charm of the place. We also enjoyed the live karaoke singer, Mr. Sunny, who made our evening very enjoyable and romantic.

One drawback was the incorrect location of the hotel on Google Maps, which caused some confusion. Additionally, the room's WLAN connection was quite poor, but the restaurant area provided a better connection.
