Excellent Location and Polite Staff

I recently stayed at a hotel in Bhubaneswar that was a rollercoaster of a ride. From stinky rooms to delayed luggage, it felt like a comedy of errors. But the best part? the swimming pool was closed for renovation – perfect timing, right? And the cherry on top was trying to order room service, only to be left hungry and confused. I guess sometimes you just have to laugh through the chaos.

stayed at Fortune: the room was large and quiet, with ample towels and toiletries. impeccable room service, super clean facilities, and friendly staff. buffet breakfast was delightful.

Chose this hotel for an annual general meeting due to its preferred venue in Bhubaneswar for conferences, meetings, and social celebrations.

There was no high-speed internet connection available in the conference rooms, which was essential for my work requirements.

As longer-term business travellers, we greatly appreciated the property's efficient check-in process and the convenience of having our information saved on file for future visits. The free upgrade to a suite room was a pleasant surprise, and the spaciousness and comfort of the suite exceeded our expectations. The bathroom was also notably large, adding to the overall satisfaction of our stay. The staff, particularly some of the junior members, were friendly and welcoming. They even delivered a birthday cake, which was a thoughtful gesture. The lively ambience, along with the fantastic staff, created a welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. The Asian fusion restaurant offered delectable choices with a gracious and efficient staff. We also found the breakfast service to be excellent. The hotel's expert handling of transportation arrangements was a bonus. Its close proximity to the State Museum and the complimentary hotel shuttle further enhanced our experience. this hotel provided great value for the money.

fortune outdid themselves this time. amazing suite room upgrade, comfortable and spacious. staff like aman and swastik were prompt and courteous. great in-room dining. location and breakfast were good. cooperative and smiling staff. a breeze to check in thanks to their database.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, nestled in a nice area that's convenient for exploring the surrounding attractions. The staff here are exceptional, from the doorman to the reception desk to the floor manager. They were all friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The service provided, including room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry. The room itself was modern with all the amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a sitting area. We also enjoyed the terrace and in-room safe. The restaurant offered delicious food, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind. the staff and facilities here made our stay truly memorable.

The travel counter staff could benefit from better training and knowledge of local taxi rates to provide more accurate information to guests.
