One of the best aspects of the hotel was its buffet, which had a wide selection of delicious meals to choose from. the location was also convenient, as it was close to many tourist attractions. the hotel offered a complimentary airport shuttle service which was very useful.

Our stay was not entirely satisfactory. the main issue was the room's cleanliness, which was below our expectations.

The hotel is located in a convenient location, adjacent to the lagoon and not too far from the tourist places of the city. However, it's not easy to walk to restaurants or stores around it due to the narrow sidewalk. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with spacious bathrooms. The staff provides excellent service and always has a smiling face, being at your doorstep whenever you need them. The hotel also offers facilities like a gym, dine-in restaurants, and even a Chinese restaurant on the 4th floor.

The reception's functioning can be quite slow at times.

Smooth check-in and check-out process. Good breakfast. Efficient transport service for airport pick-up, drop-off, and sightseeing. Property in need of upgrade

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The staff here are simply exceptional - they were always smiling and ready to assist with any request I had. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the heart of the city and in a popular area. The room itself was spacious and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities like ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. The staff provided exceptional service, right from the doorman to the reception desk.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.
