the Four Points hotel had a very clean room and a great location. it's close to shopping areas and multiplexes - making it convenient for getting around.

the spacious and clean rooms on the 4th and 7th floors were a pleasant surprise. the database was very user-friendly, making it easy to find exactly what I needed.

Some amenities were not functioning properly, such as the broken mini fridge and the underperforming hair dryer. It was a minor inconvenience but did not overshadow an otherwise great experience.

Omg, the food at the restaurant was incredible! 🤩 everything else was cool, but breakfast was quite average. Rooms were cozy but not soundproof. Loved the staff & nearby airport. Only downside - not many pots or pans in the room. 🍳

Great hotel with large rooms, good decor, and very helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. Convenient location near Phoenix Mall. the view from our room overlooking the highway was fantastic! Relaxation amenities like the spa, outdoor pool, and massage services enhanced our stay. Nearby landmarks such as Phoenix Market City and Dr Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary provided unique family bonding experiences.
