The ambience, hospitality, and value for money at the resort were impressive. The staff were excellent, responding to questions and providing great service. The resort was a nice place to walk and the staff members were attentive and friendly, always asking for feedback with a smile.

Not one thing

During our stay, we were delighted by the location of the hotel which was near the beach and close to key sightseeing areas. We had a wonderful time exploring the outdoor activities nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom that had a huge shower and a free-standing bath. The service provided by the staff was excellent, they were attentive and polite. The breakfast served in the really nice restaurant was delicious and satisfying. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from our room.

There were a few issues with the cleanliness of the room, as we encountered some mosquitoes and a cockroach in the shower area.

During my Christmas stay, I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food and the excellent service provided by the staff. The meals were sumptuous and served with a smile, making it a truly enjoyable dining experience. the hotel's location was perfect, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape. I was able to relax and unwind in the tranquil atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay.

There were a few aspects that I did not particularly like. there was no shade available to park the car, making it quite inconvenient on sunny days.

As business travelers, we really appreciated the clean atmosphere and the overall cleanness of the resort. The front desk staff were caring and supportive, making our stay hassle-free. The comfortable rooms and their value for money were a pleasant surprise. The food at the resort exceeded our expectations, surpassing many other places we've been to.

Felt very relaxed during our stay, nothing to complain about.

Our group had a warm traditional welcome by the staff. the property was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We enjoyed the sprawling lawn, clean pool, and the comfortable rooms. the service staff, especially Mr Bala and Mr Ashif went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We were impressed with the amazing deals offered for food and beverages. the breakfast was delicious, and the dinner was good.

The hotel was a bit far from the central town, making it difficult to explore restaurants and shopping in the area. Even though the hotel provided a complimentary shuttle service, it only ran three times per day, ending at 18:00, which limited our options.

I had a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay at Four Points. The hotel is located in a peaceful area, away from the city hustle. The rooms were spacious, clean, and provided a comfortable stay. The highlight of my experience was the excellent Indian cuisine served in the hotel restaurant. The pool was refreshing, and the gym was well-equipped. The bar and restaurant staff were exceptional, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Despite a minor hiccup during check-in, it did not diminish my overall impression of the hotel. I highly recommend Four Points to families seeking a pleasant getaway.
