Located in a peaceful area, the hotel is conveniently close to the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The spacious rooms have plenty of storage and the beds are enormous and extremely comfortable. The friendly and helpful staff ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast, although lacking variety, offers room service as a great alternative. The hotel also provides essential facilities such as a gym, spa, and a kitchenette area in the rooms.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to Delhi city center. From our room's balcony, we had a view of the construction guard diligently protecting the property, as well as a peaceful cow grazing in the nearby field. The staff, including Sunil Kumar Ram from food and beverage, provided attentive service, surpassing the standards of both western and other Asian countries.

The rooms and bathrooms were not up to par, with dirty floors, stained countertops, and fresh dirt stains. the breakfast buffet left much to be desired in terms of quality and variety.

The hotel offered great amenities like a Bose sound system and spacious rooms with all the comforts of serviced apartments. the location was convenient and easily accessible. Another advantage we enjoyed was the attentive and helpful staff, especially Sunny and Niraj who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

Our experience was marred by the poor maintenance of the property. We noticed broken closets, non-functional plug points, and dusty balconies.
