What a fantastic getaway! The hotel is perfectly located, just a quick 5-minute walk to the Metro, making it super easy to explore the city. Our room was immaculate and furnished beautifully, with a comfy bed and even a kitchenette for late-night snacks. The rooftop pool was an absolute highlight – perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure!

The check-out experience. We faced some confusion over charges that left a sour note at the end. The staff member we dealt with wasn’t as friendly as the rest, which was a bit disappointing. Still, it didn't ruin our lovely romantic escape!

The generous bathroom added to the overall comfort, making it easy to feel at home. The cleanliness and organization of the room were impressive, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere during my visit.

I did encounter a drawback: the lingering smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Despite the staff's attempt to alleviate the issue by spraying a fragrance, the odor persisted for two days, which detracted from my overall experience.

We had a comfortable six-night stay at iidl suites, where the spacious rooms were well-appointed and equipped with great amenities like a fridge and washing machine. the food was delicious, and the staff were courteous and helpful. i especially appreciated the professionalism of the front desk team, who attended to our needs promptly and with a smile. overall, it served as a fantastic base for our adventures in india.

Location isn’t ideal, and bag scanning took too long. 😅.

Great breakfast with good arrangements. Kitchenette provided in room. Staff is generous and answers all questions. Parking arrangements are good for people with their own cars. Clean rooms and facilities. Very professional staff, especially Mr Varun Kumar. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Great shower. Hotel has great food and drinks, especially the Espresso Martini. Nearby amazing street food at Shayma market

Felt safe walking at night, nothing to complain about

The spacious rooms have plenty of storage and the beds are enormous and extremely comfortable. The friendly and helpful staff ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast, although lacking variety, offers room service as a great alternative. The hotel also provides essential facilities such as a gym, spa, and a kitchenette area in the rooms.

Limited options for evening entertainment without a bar on-site.

I recently stayed at Iidl Suites for a few days and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and gave us great advice on the local area. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the shower was fantastic. I also have to mention the amazing food and drink at the hotel, especially their Espresso Martini - definitely a must-try! The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to Delhi city center. From our room's balcony, we had a view of the construction guard diligently protecting the property, as well as a peaceful cow grazing in the nearby field. The staff, including Sunil Kumar Ram from food and beverage, provided attentive service, surpassing the standards of both western and other Asian countries.

The rooms and bathrooms were not up to par, with dirty floors, stained countertops, and fresh dirt stains. the breakfast buffet left much to be desired in terms of quality and variety.
