For the price paid, the room and service received at this hotel were outstanding. the location was perfect, just a quick walk to MG market, and the staff were always helpful and friendly.

The breakfast menu could use more variety and options.

During my two-day stay at the Avianna Gangtok Prime Hotel & Spa, I was impressed by the smooth check-in and the spacious, newly renovated rooms that offered a great valley view. the location is perfect, just a short walk to MG Road, and having a taxi stand right next door made getting around easy. the housekeeping was top-notch, and the staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. I also enjoyed the breakfast spread, which was quite satisfying.

I can just recommend this hotel.

the location of the hotel was perfect, just near the taxi stand and only one steep staircase away from MG Road. the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. the rooms were well, appointed with comfortable beds and a great shower, providing a much, needed retreat after a long day of work. Celebrated New Year in an amazing hotel with perfect location, near the taxi stand and just one stair climb from the main road. the staff is super kind and helpful, making us feel at home. the rooms had comfy beds and a great shower. the two times we had breakfast were tasty and the dinner was good too. the hotel also offers massages with great options, we tried the Balinese massage for an hour and it was incredible.

Absolutely nothing to dislike. the place had everything we needed to have a great time, friendly and accommodating staff, yummy food, a clean room, and a convenient location.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were extremely comfortable. The shower was fantastic, providing a refreshing and relaxing experience. I had the pleasure of indulging in the hotel's breakfast twice and dinner once, both of which were delicious. It was also a great bonus to be able to book a massage at the hotel, and my Balinese massage was absolutely incredible, lasting a full hour. I highly recommend Prime Hotel & Spa for its perfect location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, delicious food, and relaxing amenities.
