celebrating our anniversary, we stayed at a lovely hotel in kovalam and decided to extend. treebo surpassed expectations with attentive, friendly staff and delicious breakfast. the restaurant vibe was exceptional, truly a home away from home.

water pressure in bathrooms needs adjusting.

Room was very clean and the staff was very friendly, especially Shaino, who went above and beyond to help us with breakfast. the resort had a good mix of greenery and beach, a clean pool, but lacked toiletries and some room facilities. the nearby landmarks like the Rock cut temple and Adimalathura Beach added to our family bonding experience. the relaxation facilities like the spa and swimming pool contributed to our enjoyment during the stay.

super clean rooms - surrounded by lush greenery - got a peek at peacocks - had a large and tidy pool. staff went the extra mile serving the liebe-filled meals - especially shaino who was so kind helping us with a late breakfast.

Totally recommend.

Just got back from my stay at a cozy hotel in the city. LOVED the modern decor and comfy beds. Definitely coming back. Even better in person!

Welcoming Staff, Serene Environment and Delicious Food

The resort had welcoming staff who provided excellent service, the serene environment with a good mix of greenery and beach was relaxing, and the food, although lacking Kerala specials, was delicious and served with care. One improvement area could be offering more variety in their menu options to enhance the dining experience.

The friendly staff made us feel right at home, and the spacious rooms were perfect for our large family. the delicious and reasonably priced food, especially the North Indian dishes, satisfied all our taste buds. the value-for-money breakfast buffet was a hit with the kids too!

My wife says that the children's play area could use more activities.

The location was perfect, as we were able to enjoy the festivities of New Year's Eve without being overwhelmed by crowds. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a much-needed retreat after a long day of exploring. The service was outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff ensuring that all our needs were met. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to satisfy our entire family. The view from our room was breathtaking, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the natural beauty of the surroundings. We especially loved the facilities provided, such as the fish pond, which kept our kids entertained throughout the stay.

The restaurant service was inconsistent, with delays in receiving our dinner order.

The customer service aspects of the resort were lacking in several areas. the staff seemed uninformed about current events or activities, and we weren't given much information about things to do in the surrounding area.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The manager was professional and jovial. The rooms were spacious and clean. The restaurant had reasonably priced food with good quantity and awesome taste. The breakfast buffet was value for money. There were good options for North Indian dishes. The hotel organised our taxi to the airport.
