While the room comfort and staff behavior were top-notch, the overall experience at the hotel could be improved. I found breakfast unappetizing due to poor hygiene practices and the broken shower button was inconvenient. the high price, annoying security staff, and cleanliness issues left much to be desired. On the bright side, the location was convenient, parking ample, and restaurant service prompt. Staff friendliness and a pleasant garden area provided some respite from the negatives.

We truly relaxed in the serene atmosphere. Nearby landmarks like the fort and temples added to our family bonding experience. it was disappointing to encounter outdated policies regarding room bookings based on gender.

While my overall stay was enjoyable, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. the cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better as there were water stains on the walls and water residue on the taps.
