I was pleasantly surprised at the Gopi Homestay. the room I booked promised a kitchen and seating area but ended up being cozy and quaint. the mix-up with the room location was a bit of a mosquito-fest, but all was well in the end. the owner's insistence on payment methods was comical, to say the least. Despite the quirks, the host Kiran and his family made me feel like I had a local friend in Hampi, which made for a memorable stay.

Absolutely LOVED the cozy atmosphere and delicious home-cooked meals. Would definitely stay here again. the place is even better in person! .

Sadly, there weren't any negatives to mention about this homestay. Everything was top-notch, from the comfortable room to the delicious meals and the exceptional hospitality.
