During my 1-night business stay at Grand Heritage Narmada Jacksons in Jabalpur, our director chose this hotel for its location in a peaceful neighborhood close to nearby attractions. the room was spacious and clean, with well-maintained bathrooms. the service was attentive, although a bit more warmth from the staff would be appreciated. the manager, Amit Singh, kindly upgraded our room and provided complimentary drop-off services, enhancing our overall comfort and convenience. the meals served were delicious, and the location is ideal for exploring Jabalpur.

Noisy function rooms disrupted sleep.

The staff at this hotel was extremely helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to cater to our needs and make our stay comfortable. the room service was very efficient, and the in-room breakfast was surprisingly sumptuous. the location is excellent, close to all the places we wanted to visit, in a silent neighborhood.

One thing that could be improved is the view from the room window. It overlooked the balconies of a neighboring apartment complex, which wasn't very appealing.

The room at Grand Heritage Narmada Jacksons felt cozy and comfy. I loved the free WiFi and the soft bedding, making me feel right at home as an elderly guest.

The noise from the party rooms nearby disrupted my sleep at times.

the manager's efforts mirrored a fairy godparent granting wishes, complete with complimentary drop-off service. We felt pampered and special, adding a touch of magic to our journey.

This hotel is a luxurious retreat with exclusive amenities that truly fulfilled my needs. the spa and wellness centre was fantastic, and the indoor swimming pool was a perfect break from the busy city. the massage I received was top-notch, and the garden area was a peaceful escape. the in-room breakfast was delicious and the restaurant had great options. the bar/lounge area was an enjoyable place to relax.

The only minor issue was the service. While it was friendly and helpful, it could have been more prompt in responding to requests.

If you're looking for a conveniently located hotel near the railway station in a silent neighborhood, this is not the place for you. However, if you're a food lover, the multicuisine restaurant here is a hidden gem. The mutton dish is out of this world, and the staff, especially Mr Jivi, will provide excellent recommendations for nearby attractions like Amarkantak.

The response to traveler's issues has been very poor. Refusing to refund for missed flights and lack of timely decision-making on late check-out requests brings down the overall experience of this hotel.

During our romantic escape, we found two facilities quite impressive, including the well-prepared food, which was served in our room with much care, and the amenities available in the room. the location was also perfect for our needs, as it was in the heart of the city where we could easily access the spots we wanted to visit. we couldn't get enough of the beautiful scenic views around the hotel.

There were a few things we didn't like about the hotel. the television in the room was a bit small for our liking.

The hotel staff greeted me by my name and provided a warm welcome upon arrival. The hotel's exterior and interior were clean and tastefully presented. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant offered a delicious hot buffet dinner with excellent service. Special mention to Praveen at the restaurant and Ankur at the reception for their helpfulness and suggestions regarding food and queries.
