we asked for a room with a view and got a 4th floor corner room with panorama windows on two sides with a view of sankara hill. we could enjoy sunrise over the mountains from the room. the room was quite large with a very comfortable spring mattress and pillows ensuring we slept well.

During my business trip, I managed to squeeze in a relaxing massage at the on-site Nirvana Spa at Radisson Srinagar. the spa offered a variety of soothing treatments that were perfect for unwinding after a busy day. I was impressed with the attentive staff and the tranquil ambiance of the spa, which helped me rejuvenate and de-stress amidst my packed itinerary.

Breakfast Service ends too early.

During my holiday, I was delighted by the warm hospitality and friendliness of the staff. the rooms were well-heated, and I especially loved the heated floors in the dining area. the prompt and attentive staff, including Mr Junaid and Mr Ishfaq at the front office, along with Mr Haseeb in the dining area, were incredibly helpful and made my experience memorable.

The bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired, and the aging property wasn't up to the standards expected of a 4-star hotel. there was confusion with the hotel's previous identity, causing inconvenience with local transportation.

The hotel offers exceptional service and clean rooms. the breakfast includes Kashmiri noon chai, and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

We hit up HOTEL TRIPLETS for some mad fun, followed by a wild night at ENTERTAINMENT. the hotel staff hooked us up with epic sightseeing tours and the food was off the charts!

Just wishing for a cooler nightlife scene nearby for us party animals.

The location of the hotel is not on any main road or market place, which makes it a peaceful and quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is conveniently situated in the centre of the city, just a stone throw away from the main market, making it easy to explore and shop around. Additionally, the hotel is nestled amidst the breathtaking Himalayan mountains, providing a serene and picturesque backdrop.

The hotel charges are a little on the higher side.

Staying at this hotel in the heart of the city was a fantastic experience. the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction; from the room service to the helpful bell boy and housekeeping, everyone was extremely friendly and attentive. the breakfast spread was delicious, and the restaurant staff were exceptional. the location of the hotel made it easy to access many main attractions in Srinagar, including a short distance to Dal lake. the warm hospitality truly made me feel at home, especially with the delightful Kashmiri noon chai offered during breakfast.

The uncomfortable bed and the need for a mattress replacement in the room. Despite this issue, I must say that the dedication of the staff and the overall positive experience overshadowed this minor inconvenience.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Srinagar with my 6-year-old son and had a pleasant experience. the location was great for exploring nearby landmarks like Dastgeer Sahib and Holy Family Catholic Church. the relaxation facilities, including the spa and wellness center, added to our enjoyment and helped us unwind. These amenities, combined with the serene garden area, made for a memorable family bonding experience.

The staff are helpful and cordial. Smooth check-in and stay. Good food, though limited local delicacies. Great location. Friendly and attentive restaurant staff. Warm welcome by front desk. Live juice at breakfast.
