Had a great experience at a hotel during Christmas. The location is near both highways and city centers, making it easy to go around. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. Another plus point was the hot water which was available 24x7 which was very relaxing during the cold winter weather. the cleanliness and good food stood out as the best features of the hotel.

There were some disappointments, such as the lack of amenities in the room, no body lotion or dental kit provided which was missed. , communication between the front desk and housekeeping staff needs to improve, as some instructions given were not acted on.
