Nothing not to like.

This hotel is simply luxurious. The well-maintained property offers exclusive amenities, including a stunning outdoor swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers and a garden area. We loved the rooms, which were clean, spacious and equipped with private facilities to fulfill our needs. The restaurant offers special diet menus, and the staff provides incredible service. The hotel's location offers breathtaking views that are worth the price.

The only downside we had during our stay at this venue was the minor inconvenience of waiting at the reception desk during check out. The staff was slightly overwhelmed but handled the situation in the best way possible.

Great staff service. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with hot towels and a refreshing drink. The pool had beautiful views and the game room was a nice place to unwind. The rooms were a decent size and had small balconies. The best part was the location, it was close to many attractions and had easy access to transportation.

During my recent stay at Grand Victoria, I was delighted by the warm welcome I received upon arrival. The refreshing hot towel and welcome drink instantly made me feel relaxed and at home. The staff continued to provide excellent service throughout my stay, making me feel valued and well taken care of.

The food preparations at the hotel were delicious, and I especially enjoyed the breakfast spread. However, it would be great if the hotel could offer a limited night menu to cater to late-night food cravings.
