I had an incredible stay in a beautiful timber cottage with panoramic views of the hills. The spacious room had large windows, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the serene nature surroundings. The hotel staff were courteous and dedicated, ensuring every need was met. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the service top-notch. The hotel also offered exciting adventure sports and a nature walk with breathtaking views.

The lighting in the rooms was quite dim, making it a bit difficult to see clearly.

My Xmas stay was totally relaxing! The two complimetary activities were a pleasant surprise and we could take advantage of them all day long. The location was perfect, quite close to many touristic points. What I liked the most was the opportunity to take long walks through nature trails surrounding the property.

The only negative point of our stay was the lack of variety on the breakfast menu. It was repetitive every day, which after a few days became quite tiring.

Incredible Mountain View and Excellent Service

I had the most amazing stay at Great Trails. The wooden chalet I stayed in offered a breathtaking view of the valley. The Whistler cafe served delicious food and the service was outstanding. The resort was well-maintained and had a variety of fun and adventure activities. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Serene location 9km from lake. Beautiful view from balcony. Courteous staff including Mr. Peer Mohammed, Bala, Thiyagu, and Moorthy. Smiling faces and welcoming atmosphere. Unique wooden chalet. Awesome, rich food. Great experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel. The location is absolutely stunning, nestled between hills with a soothing waterfall nearby. The service here is top-notch, with a friendly and helpful staff who made us feel right at home. The room was comfortable and clean, and we were impressed by the amenities provided. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and we enjoyed the buffet dinner and breakfast. the hotel provided us with a luxurious and comfortable experience.
