The view from the room and little balcony was fantastic, overlooking the hills and tea plantation. The service provided by the staff was great. They were helpful and accommodating, ensuring that all our needs were met. The staff was always a call or text away and ready to assist us. The rooms in this hotel were gorgeous and modern, with a great view of the tea plantations. We stayed in a room on the ground floor close to the reception, which was convenient. The rooms were spacious and had a balcony facing the jungle, which added to the overall experience. The basic amenities provided in the room were sufficient for a comfortable stay. The hotel also provided purified water, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was basic but satisfactory.

We had a wonderful stay at Gruenberg Tea Plantation Haus Bed & Breakfast. the location is breathtaking, surrounded by tea plantations and offering stunning views of the mountains. the rooms were clean and modern, and we especially loved the balcony with its charming garden. the staff was friendly and accommodating, helping to make my husband's birthday extra special with a surprise arrangement and cake. the rooftop restaurant was the perfect spot to relax, enjoy a delicious meal, and take in the magnificent views. it was a truly memorable experience.
