I recently had a fantastic stay at a boutique hotel in Goa. This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location was perfect, situated near the Calangute beach and surrounded by lush greenery. The rooms were well-appointed, featuring comfortable sofas and all the basic amenities I needed. The highlight was the delicious breakfast, offering a decent selection of options prepared in their onsite kitchen. One of the best parts of my stay was the warm and friendly staff, especially Jitu, who went out of his way to ensure I had a comfortable experience.

All was absolutely fine with my stay, no complaints whatsoever.

Enjoyed my recent holiday at a budget hotel. The owners were very accommodating and allowed for early check-in and late checkout. One of the best things was the location, situated near a mountain which provided a relaxing setting with lots of greenery and birds. The staff were also very polite and accommodating and the breakfast was delicious and unlimited. a decent place to stay without spending a lot.

The swimming pool was small and required advanced notice to use, and there was limited privacy due to other guests using it. There was a slight unpleasant smell in the room which was a bit off-putting, but not terrible.

The only downside is the occasional power cuts in the area, but the staff promptly replaces and remedies any appliances affected.

The owner, Charles, went above and beyond to provide us with detailed suggestions for our stay, ensuring we had a great experience. The property had a homely feel, perfect for our family with kids. The breakfast, cooked by the property manager Jitu and his family, was simple yet delicious, and they were accommodating of our special requests. The pool was a great addition, and we loved the option to choose our own music. Our cozy room and the attentive hosting by both Charles and Jitu made our stay wonderful. We highly recommend this peaceful and cozy hotel.

Secluded location amidst nature, not far from beach/main road. Simple and sufficient breakfast. Friendly owner and manager. Superbly managed private pool. Aweeome stay altogether.
