Can honestly say - nothing not to like.

The hotel is located in a bustling market area with plenty of shops and restaurants. The New Delhi Railway station and metro station are also conveniently close. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with clean bathrooms and attentive service. The breakfast is a good way to start the day with a range of hygienic options available.

The hotel's cooling system requires improvement, with some guests reporting issues with turning on the air conditioning and hot water.

We had a fantastic stay at this centrally located hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and their advice and tips about the city, including supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable, providing a true example of excellent hospitality. We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

This hotel is a true gem! Its location is perfect, situated in the city center within walking distance of major sights and near the metro. The staff is kind and attentive and the rooms are clean, comfortable and equipped with so many amenities. I loved the big windows and terrace, making the room feel bright and spacious. Breakfast included many options and was a great start to the day.

The hotel had a great location near the metro station and had good value for money. The room was spotless and had fresh towels everyday. Despite a few inconveniences like hot water taking a while to come and limited TV channels, we would definitely return. we recommend Heritage Home.

We had an absolutely outstanding stay at Heritage Home. the hotel is perfectly located and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time. We were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of chilled soft drink in our room, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the travel agent inside the hotel provided us with great advice and tips about the city. We will definitely be returning with friends and highly recommend this hotel.

Had a great weekend in a recently refurbished budget hotel, with lots of reasonably priced restaurants around. the rooms were clean and spacious; we were also delighted to have been delivered a complimentary breakfast. the hotel was conveniently located near a train/ bus station which made commuting easy. we received excellent directions from the welcoming hotel staff on how to get to tourist spots and navigate the city.

Our room had a view over an enclosed inner courtyard and was quite noisy due to the dustbins and poor air conditioning control; unfortunately, we could not leave the windows open.
