We had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel! The location of the hotel in a peaceful area was perfect for us, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff provided top-notch service, from the friendly and helpful receptionist to the attentive wait staff in the restaurant. The room service was prompt and efficient, ensuring our comfort at all times. Another great feature of this place was the car hire service, which made it convenient for us to explore the surrounding areas. The hotel also had excellent amenities such as dry cleaning, housekeeping, and shops for our convenience. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus for staying connected during our trip.

Stunning view of the Himalayas and monasteries. Spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Enjoyed the large swimming pool. Delicious a la carte breakfast with generous portions. Friendly and helpful staff. A great value for money hotel.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Spent my Xmas at this hotel and it was a great experience. The location was really convenient for exploring the area, with some key attractions nearby. The hotel offered a good breakfast that included a variety of dishes and excellent coffee. Another great aspect was the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities.

There were a few hiccups during my stay. Firstly, the Wi-Fi connection was not very strong and at times I struggled to stay connected. Secondly, despite calling maintenance to fix it, the heating in my room was not working properly and it was quite chilly during the night. it was a decent stay, but these aspects did detract from my experience.

Nice location near Norbulingka institute and monasteries. Spacious, clean rooms with soft beds. Large swimming pool. Good quality a la carte breakfast. Helpful owners, accommodating early breakfast request. Lovely cafes and restaurants in the area for Tibetan cuisine.

The food at Highland Village Resort is superb! Whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner, you'll absolutely love the flavors and variety. The swimming pool is also well maintained and a great facility to have. The responsive staff, though a couple were a little slow, were attentive to our requests. a great choice to relax and prices are reasonable.
