The cafeteria was a hike away, making it a trek for older folks. A tad more continental brekkie options would've been a win, especially in chilly Ooty.

The hotel is clean and well maintained, located in a picturesque location with mesmerizing valley views. The property is beautiful with a garden lawn and kids play area. The staff are cooperative and understanding. Enjoyed the bonfire every night. Campfire, food, and staff were all great.

Surrounded by beautiful hills, it provides a serene environment for relaxation. Despite being in a power starved district, the hotel ensures uninterrupted power supply. The restaurant is easily accessible and serves tasty food. Guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the valley from the rooms.

Had a wonderful Xmas break at a resort in the hills. the view from the rooms was breathtaking, with panoramic vistas of the valley. the rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and comfortable. the staff was always attentive and friendly, providing excellent service to make our stay enjoyable.
