We stayed at a hotel located in a quiet alleyway, just a short walk from the central bazaar. The room was exceptionally clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, being near the metro station R k ashram. The hotel also provided good value for money.

There were no common spaces to socialize and meet other travelers.

The hotel was located within walking distance to many restaurants and public transportation, which made it convenient for my business trip. the staff was very friendly and helpful whenever I needed assistance, and the room was cleaned daily which made my stay more comfortable.

The noise level outside the hotel was quite high and made it difficult for a good night's sleep. the room was small and lacked windows for natural light and ventilation.

This hotel is a great value for money. It offers competitive prices for a stay in the center of the city, perfect for backpacking tourists. Despite being located in a small alley, the hotel's staff is very attentive and helpful in guiding guests to the property. The basic amenities provided in the well-kept rooms, including the little window and balcony, create a comfortable environment for a pleasant stay.

All was fine, no improvements needed.

The staff at Hindustan By Backpackers Heaven Near New Delhi Railway were incredibly helpful and accommodating. When we encountered an issue with the air conditioner leaking, they quickly provided us with a towel to prevent water on the floor. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location was also convenient, with the new Delhi train station and metro line nearby. The dorms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The strong wifi was an added bonus. I highly recommend this hotel.
