I had a fantastic stay at this venue! The location in the mall was so convenient, with plenty of shops and commercial services nearby. I was really impressed with the room service, car hire and dry cleaning, which made my stay even easier. The housekeeping was spot on, ensuring the room was immaculate throughout my stay. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi was a great bonus too.

This hotel has a fantastic location, with easy access to public transport and the Orion mall right next door. The rooms are well-maintained and come with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast spread is good, especially the South Indian delicacies. The staff is responsive and ensures proper sanitization.

Some guests mentioned a small false fire alarm, but the staff response could have been more prompt.

The food was enjoyable, and the staff was polite and attentive. Sukumar, who worked in the dining area, always had a smile and was very pleasant. Santhosh, who assisted with room service, was also very helpful. the hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to shopping, cinemas, and restaurants. the rooms were cleaned daily, and toiletries were provided.

The cleanliness of the carpets and floor tiles in the rooms was subpar, with noticeable stains and noticeable neglect. While the hotel staff tried to rectify the situation by moving us to another room, the cleanliness was still not up to par.

We loved the location of the hotel, attached to a mall that we could explore when we wanted a break from our room. Our room was clean with new electricals and washroom fittings. We were impressed that everything worked as it should. Although we did encounter some confusing parking issues, the front office staff were very helpful. we would recommend this hotel.
