the friendly staff made us feel so welcome, offering early check-in and a complimentary room upgrade. the spacious rooms were clean and the Indian breakfast was delicious. the central location and free pick-up and drop services were very convenient for us. the garden area was a great place to relax and overall, we found the hotel to be great value for money.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We loved being able to walk to the shops, eateries, and ATMs. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The room service was top-notch, and the housekeeping staff made sure our room was always clean and tidy. The hotel also provided an airport shuttle, which was very convenient. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast, especially the fresh prathas. the service and amenities at this hotel exceeded our expectations.

We had a pleasant stay at a clean hotel with spacious rooms. The staff was helpful and even offered drop-off facility to Ban Ganga. The in-house restaurant served good food. I would recommend this hotel for a visit to Katra.

Spent my New Year in this hotel and had a great time! The rooms are really spacious and clean, perfect for a comfortable stay. The staff is super friendly and helpful, they gave some great recommendations for local attractions and arranged a taxi for us. One of the best parts of this hotel is its location, it's really convenient for exploring the area and close to shops and restaurants.

The hotel does need some maintenance work, especially with the furniture which looks a little old and worn. But overall, this is a decent hotel that offers good value for money and is a great option for a stay in the area.
