The hotel's architecture and serene location are simply delightful. the cozy corners and seating areas around the property make it easy for seniors to relax and enjoy the beauty around them. the thoughtfully designed spaces truly cater to older guests, allowing them to comfortably soak in the natural surroundings.

More consideration for the needs of senior visitors from the children working there.

The facilities at Batseri were quite impressive. Despite the painful approach to the property, the staff, particularly those in charge of the kitchen, were very accommodating and provided excellent service.

The room at the hotel was big and spacious, offering a stunning view of the river through the window. the bed was incredibly comfortable and the price was very affordable.

We had an unforgettable stay at a stunning location. The drive to the hotel was a bit treacherous, but once we arrived, the breathtaking views of snow-covered peaks made it all worth it. Waking up to such beauty and enjoying breakfast outdoors with the river below was truly magical. The food was exceptional, especially the trout dinner sourced from a local farm. The staff was warm, helpful, and provided great service. We also enjoyed exploring the nearby village and taking a stroll along the river. The hotel suite was comfortable and reasonably priced.

Although the staff was helpful, the arrangements for our driver's stay were not satisfactory. They expected him to sleep in the car in the cold temperature and high altitude, which was not ideal.

Spent Easter at a hotel in a remote location, nestled in snow-capped mountains surrounded by lush green valleys. The food was great and the staff was friendly and courteous. Clean rooms and breathtaking views along with a decent drive were the best aspects of the hotel.

Getting to and from the hotel was a bit of a struggle, as the parking was slightly far from the property, making it inconvenient for the elderly. Also, the communication facilities could have been better, as there was no telephone in the rooms and the Wi-Fi was limited to the common areas only, making it difficult to stay connected.
