Excellent Location and Helpful Manager

The hotel has an excellent location near Fatehsagar lake, and the manager, Shardul, is cooperative and understanding. improvements can be made with housekeeping and breakfast variety.

There were a few areas that could use some improvement. It would be beneficial if the hotel could address the issue of privacy regarding room curtains, especially for rooms facing areas where passersby can observe inside.

The staff's kindness to my elderly parents left a lasting impression, making me a regular. Everything I need is here - Free Wi-Fi, rooftop and infinity pools, great food, laundry, and express services. Perfect for my city breaks.

The hotel had some issues with noise, wi-fi quality, and damp clothes, but the comfortable room, good breakfast, and convenient location made up for it. Despite loud staff behavior and limited English, I enjoyed the clean rooms, rooftop pool, and decent restaurant. Great value for the price in India.

we had a fantastic stay at Bawa. the location was convenient for exploring, with plenty of shops and cafes nearby. our room was clean and comfortable, with a great view from the top. the staff were friendly and accommodating. the rooftop pool was a nice spot to relax, even though the water was not very warm. the shower had warm water, and the AC kept us cool. overall, we found the price to be reasonable for the quality we received.
