The location of the hotel, along with the exceptional service provided by all staff members, truly sets it apart. the food served at the restaurant, especially during breakfast, is delightful and satisfying. the birthday decoration service offered by the hotel adds a special touch to guests' experiences.

In contrast, the lack of additional key cards per room can be inconvenient needing independent access.

Spent Xmas at a hotel in the mountain region. Loved the cozy feel of the lobby and the rooms were neat. the hotel was conveniently located near tourist sites. Got a room with a balcony and the view of the mountains from it was amazing. the staff was very friendly and even decorated the room for our Xmas stay. Had a satisfying meal at the restaurant too.

The breakfast area was small and got crowded at times. the bathroom design could have been better;

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is amazing, with breathtaking views of the mountains from the room. The staff provided exceptional service and were very courteous. The restaurant staff, especially Chef Tekchand, went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options available. I also loved the special birthday decoration they arranged for my room. It was totally awesome!

Although there were a few drawbacks, I would still recommend this hotel to everyone. The price tag is slightly high compared to similar hotels in the US. Additionally, the room size was smaller than what I expected.
