Outstanding hospitality and exquisite dining experience

The level of attention to detail, comfort provided, and the outstanding hospitality of the staff truly made our stay memorable. the cleanliness issues in certain areas such as the pool and restaurant should be addressed for an even more enjoyable experience.

Spent Xmas at a hotel in the mountain region. Loved the cozy feel of the lobby and the rooms were neat. the hotel was conveniently located near tourist sites. Got a room with a balcony and the view of the mountains from it was amazing. the staff was very friendly and even decorated the room for our Xmas stay. Had a satisfying meal at the restaurant too.

The breakfast area was small and got crowded at times. the bathroom design could have been better;

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is amazing, with breathtaking views of the mountains from the room. The staff provided exceptional service and were very courteous. The restaurant staff, especially Chef Tekchand, went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options available. I also loved the special birthday decoration they arranged for my room. It was totally awesome!

Although there were a few drawbacks, I would still recommend this hotel to everyone. The price tag is slightly high compared to similar hotels in the US. Additionally, the room size was smaller than what I expected.
