During my Christmas break, I experienced two excellent key location facts that made my stay worthwhile. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was truly delightful. Moreover, one advantage that stood out was the modern ambiance that the hotel offered.

Although the breakfast was exemplary, what I disliked was the poor service offered at the hotel. A simple task of having breakfast served in my room took six reminders from the staff. Additionally, transport services were always late, despite confirming bookings. There definitely seems to be some communication gap among the staff which needs to be fixed.

The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location was convenient and easily accessible. The room was clean and had all necessary amenities. The hotel had a pleasant atmosphere and provided a comfortable stay.

For us it was ideal.
