The telephones in the rooms were not functioning properly.

The staff are extremely helpful and honest, offering free transportation to the center of town. The breakfast is wonderful and the hotel provides enough hot water for showers at any time. The rooms have big balconies and the hotel even offers car rentals to visit Nalanda University.
