My elderly super senior citizen mother and I enjoyed the stay and thank the hotel staff for extraordinary care. the team made my mom feel like royalty, catering to her needs with grace and efficiency, leaving us feeling truly cherished. It was like being in a warm, cozy cocoon of hospitality.

I absolutely adored the elegant decor in the lobby of the hotel, it felt like stepping into a grand palace from a bygone era. the wide corridors and spacious seating areas with plush armchairs were so comfortable for my elderly legs after a long day of exploring. The gentle ramp at the entrance made it effortless for my senior mother to access the hotel, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for us both. Cons: Only improvement needed: more assistance for the grandchildren working there.

Inconsistent room quality experienced; one room had a cigarette smell and dirty floor, remedied promptly by the hotel.

I was impressed with the well, maintained washrooms in the room , they were spotlessly clean and had all the necessary amenities. the balcony was also a great feature, offering a relaxing spot to enjoy the views and fresh air.

That the Wi, Fi signal in some areas of the hotel was a bit weak, making it difficult to stay connected at times.

I stayed in a Deluxe room on the 2nd floor with a front-facing view. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a well-maintained washroom. The hotel felt safe and was a great choice for a single woman like me. The general manager, Raj Kumar, was very helpful with my authorities' formalities. I had a pleasant and comfortable stay. I definitely recommend this hotel.
