As a senior woman, I appreciated how easily accessible everything was, from the elevators to the dining area, allowing me to move around comfortably and safely.

I would prefer more assistance from the young staff members for senior guests.

Staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience for me. the staff were really good and prompt with room service. Even though breakfast service was a bit slow, the food was delicious. the location, positioned opposite a church, was really convenient for exploring the city.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired with stained bed sheets, dirty bathrooms, and even cockroaches and ants present. the erratic hot water supply was a major inconvenience, and the lack of amenities like tea/coffee makers and proper bedding made the stay uncomfortable.
