During my Christmas stay, I was impressed by the hotel's location which was nestled among the scenic nature of the mountains. The view of the snow-capped mountains and the lush green forests from the room was breathtaking. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and provided fresh food on request. I enjoyed a cozy atmosphere in the hotel which made me feel at home during my stay.

There were some negative aspects that detracted from my experience. The Wi-Fi connection was slow and unstable, which was frustrating given that I needed it for work.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the food was delicious. a great experience.

The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, and the staff is friendly and helpful. They offer a delicious breakfast and have a garden for guests to relax in. The hotel also boasts an amazing view of the snow-capped mountains.

The maintenance of the hotel could be improved.
