That the hotel room was on the busy street side with vehicles running all the time and noise of horns. when I requested a room change, they were able to accommodate me at the back of the hotel where the noise level was much better.

Great customer service and staff going above and beyond for a comfortable trip. the hotel was clean and modern, with good security. It was conveniently located near the Golden Temple, making it easy to reach by foot. the restaurant offered a variety of tasty food options, both traditional Indian and western.

There were some issues with the car service provided by the hotel, as the car arrived late to pick us up from the train station. the bathroom sewage system had a slight smell, although this may be a common issue in the area and not specific to the hotel.

Great stay every time. Staff kindness to my old parents stood out. Has Wi-Fi, Valet parking, 24-hr reception, Restaurant. Perfect for all needs: Laundry, Flat-screen TV, Business centre. Coming back soon.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was just a short walk away from the Darbar Sahib and the Jallianwala Bagh. We were also pleasantly surprised by the amenities provided in the room. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and had a good variety of options. we were extremely satisfied with our experience.
