The staff were extremely helpful, accommodating early breakfast and arranging an extra night. Large room size. Family-run business, made us feel like part of the family. Good and caring staff. Transportation arranged to Pangong Lake, saving us money. Excellent location. Running hot water.

The warm welcome with Kathak and Buddhist traditions was truly amazing. The caring staff took care of all my needs, and Lotus even saved me money by arranging transportation to Pangong Lake. The food was delicious and served around the clock. Plus, the room upgrade with a balcony and mountain view was a treat. I highly recommend this wonderful family-run hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The friendly front desk staff and owner were always ready to assist us and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The room size was large and comfortable, while the bathroom could use some improvement in terms of cleanliness. The location, although a bit off center, was easily accessible by taxi, which took only 5 minutes and cost 300 rupees. The choice of food was decent and they even organized an early breakfast for us. The hotel also offered a free room upgrade with a balcony and mountain view, making our stay even more enjoyable.

That the cleanliness of the room and bathroom could have been better.
