This place is LOUD!!! Excessive noise from traffic and rowdy guests disrupted my sleep!!! Also, the bathrooms were unappealing and non-hygienic. Management should seriously address the cleanliness issues!!! Poor room conditions should not be acceptable!!!

Great location facing a bus stop. right in the heart of the shopping district next to Chennai Silks. The staff was incredibly friendly. from the bell boys to the manager, all eager to help. The restaurant served delicious food, making meals convenient.

However, the room I initially received lacked windows, which was a bit unsettling. Additionally, it would be nice if the phone service was more reliable, as I had some trouble reaching them.

The renovation noise!!! Beds in poor condition and even had a torn bed!!! Housekeeping staff asking for tips is hardly appropriate!!! It would enhance the experience if service charges were clearer!!!

I loved the cozy, clean rooms and how friendly the staff were—always smiling and eager to help. The food at the restaurant was a delightful surprise, each dish was flavorful. Being close to major shopping and the Rockfort Ganapathy temple was a big plus!

I had a great time with friends at this hotel! We enjoyed visiting the local temple and the market for souvenirs. The staff were kind, and the restaurant next door was super convenient for meals. Rooms were nice and clean. Wi-Fi helped us stay connected.

However, the room I was initially given had issues with the AC flow, which made it uncomfortable at times. We had to rearrange the beds, and it took away from our comfort.

the rooms felt pretty clean and comfy. The staff were helpful and helped us with our plans. we liked the food at the restaurant, especially the breakfast, which had some good options. parking was convenient and they seemed to care about security too. overall, a nice stay, we had fun!

but the room service was super slow and they messed up the laundry pick up, which was annoying. also, the bathroom towels were rough and really not ideal.

The food at Sangeetha's was flippin' good, and the location was on point—just a quick walk to Uchi Pillaiyar temple. Chommie at reception was super helpful, made check-in sharp-sharp! Room was clean and comfy, perfect after a long day of exploring.

Though I must say, the brekkie could use a bit more variety, but no biggie!

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, with excellent complimentary breakfast options, such as Idli and Dosa, made my stay enjoyable and convenient, especially since it was less than 1 km from the Chatram Bus Stand for easy transportation to nearby attractions.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
