The hospitality at this heritage property was exceptional, with the owner going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests. the location inside the fort provided a unique and unforgettable experience, with walking distance access to all attractions. Despite minor cleanliness issues in shared facilities, the overall stay was remarkable due to the incredible service and atmosphere.

During my Christmas stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience. They organized a customized Desert Safari, including Jeep and Camel Rides, and an overnight stay on the sand dunes with delicious food. the rooftop restaurant provided breathtaking panoramic views of the city. the owners were incredibly helpful and made me feel at home, even helping with luggage and negotiating transport prices.

The plumbing in the on-suite bathrooms could use some improvement, though this did not detract from the overall trip.

The room at Hotel Desert was cozy and spacious, with comfy beds and a clean bathroom. the rooftop offered a breathtaking view of the fort. As a guest with physical handicaps, I felt well-taken care of by the staff.

we had a wonderful stay at Desert. the hotel is located within the fort premises, offering stunning views from the rooftop cafe. the staff were incredibly helpful, making us feel right at home. clean and comfortable accommodation, excellent Wi-Fi, and organized desert safaris. A must-try experience with a perfect sunset and sunrise view from the terrace.

We explored Hotel Triplets and Entertainment, where we danced our hearts out, and then chilled at the rooftop cafe enjoying yummy snacks. the staff was super cool and helped us plan our desert adventure too!

The decoration in the common areas of the hotel was absolutely charming, with traditional touches that made me feel like I was truly experiencing the culture of the city. As a senior woman, I appreciated the ease of access throughout the hotel, from the comfortable seating areas to the rooftop restaurant, making it a relaxing and enjoyable stay for seniors.

The children working there should pay more attention to ensuring the shared bathroom is always clean for a better vacation experience for senior people.

Couldn't stay longer.

I recently stayed at a guesthouse in Jaisalmer for a few days and couldn't recommend it more. Ajit, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The location inside the fort was perfect, and the rooms were great value for the price. The rooftop terrace offered stunning views of the city and fort, and the food was delicious. The desert camel safari organized by the staff was unforgettable, taking us to remote places and introducing us to the desert life.
