We were pleasantly surprised by our recent stay at a hotel in Kochi. The responsiveness of the staff was exceptional, especially when we requested to change rooms due to a musty odor and damp sheets. They quickly accommodated our request and provided us with a room that was clean and fresh. The location of the hotel was also great, making it convenient for us to explore the area.

Although the room change and cleanliness were satisfactory, there were a few drawbacks. The hotel had seen better days, with corroded doors and a general need for renovation.

The location was fantastic as it was close to key attractions and spots in the city. the in-house restaurant served delicious food that we really enjoyed.

Some aspects of our stay were less than perfect. the air conditioning was centralized and we were unable to control the temperature in our room.

The hotel is conveniently located, with a good ambience and spacious rooms. The staff is friendly and cooperative, providing laundry services when needed. The room comes with a comfortable bed, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel provides complimentary toiletries, such as soap and shampoo sachets, for guests' convenience.

The check-in process needs improvement, causing delays and misunderstandings for guests.

The staff was excellent and responsive. Spacious and spotlessly clean room. Smooth check-in process. Great parking area and in-house restaurant. Attentive and polite staff. No sound pollution. Blessed location. Value for the price.
