the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs. the spacious rooms were clean and peaceful, providing a comfortable stay. the food, although initially a bit oily, was made less oily upon our request. the rooftop dining area added to the pleasant experience. the location was perfect for exploring the Golden Temple, which was only a short walk away.

The food served at the hotel was amazing, we did not even feel the need to try food from outside restaurants. the staff was very friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations for local attractions. the location was ideal, as it was walking distance from all the attractions we wanted to see. the complementary driver service was an added bonus, as we were able to gain insight into the local culture and news.

The street leading to the hotel was very narrow, making it difficult for ride-sharing services to pick us up. the cleanliness of the city was not up to par, although this was not specific to the hotel or its surroundings.
