I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was evident throughout my stay. The hotel is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Jaisalmer, providing a peaceful environment away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring that all my basic amenities were met. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with very comfortable beds and great views. The breakfast served at the rooftop restaurant was delicious, and the views from there were simply breathtaking.

The hotel had a great location, close enough to the center for convenience but far enough away for a quiet night. The reception area was right next to the hotel, making it easy to get assistance when needed. Additionally, the hotel was situated at the end of Bera Road, away from the crowded center.

Some guests may have found staying outside of the city center slightly inconvenient.

Oasis in the desert! I arrived at Helsinki House after an overnight train, and instantly felt welcomed by the wonderful Meru. The room had a balcony with a view of the desert, and the double shower was a real treat. The rooftop restaurant had amazing views of the fort, and the food was wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel!

The staff were amazing, welcoming and helpful. Beautiful rooms with comfortable beds. Great rooftop restaurant with delicious food. Quiet location but still walking distance to city centre. Great value for money.

Nothing negative to say.

During Christmas we stayed in a hotel in the desert of Rajasthan. the location was perfect, right outside the fort walls, which made it peaceful. the rooms offered an amazing view of the desert on one side and the fort on the other side. the linen and beds were outstanding. the service was great and someone was always available to offer us a lift to town if we needed it.

The dishes were not well executed and lacked flavor. the rooftop restaurant, which had a great view, was very noisy and uncomfortable because it was very windy.

We had an amazing time at Helsinki House in Jaisalmer. the rooms were clean and well-appointed, and the staff made us feel like friends. Maru, in particular, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the rooftop restaurant offered delicious food with a stunning view of the fort. the location was also perfect - quiet and relaxing, yet still within walking distance to the fort. We highly recommend Helsinki House for a memorable stay in Jaisalmer.
