The room at Hotel Imperial was cozy with a comfy bed and a great view. I felt like I got good value for my money, especially with the clean washroom and tasty food service.

The bed springs were a bit uncomfortable, but it didn't ruin my overall positive experience.

the room was spacious, clean, and had all the essentials. the ensuite bathroom had reliable hot water, and the tv, wifi, and ac worked perfectly. the food service was awesome, with delicious meals at decent prices. i had the best time and will definitely visit again.

The price was great and the facilities were okay. The complementary breakfast was tasty and the Wi-Fi was a plus. The location was near the city center which made it convenient to explore the area.

The staff was very unhelpful, they didn't even provide us with soap and we had to ask a few times before receiving it. The room was smaller than expected and outdated.

I was initially given a room that had a damp smell and a leaking AC, but the staff quickly offered me a different room. The new room was spacious, clean, and had a refreshing ambience. The hotel management and receptionist were also very cooperative and made sure I had a comfortable stay. Despite a few hiccups, overall I would recommend this hotel for its facilities, amenities, and comfortable rooms.
