The staff at Isabel Palace went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. From arranging sightseeing tours to providing great food, they truly made us feel at home. The clean and spacious rooms were a delight, and the peaceful surroundings added to the charm. Even though it was a bit of a walk from the center, the beautiful greenery made it all worth it. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

The hotel has a peaceful location, away from the busy city life. Guests can relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the landscape, homes/villages, temples, market, and sunsets. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and hot showers. The staff is warm, friendly, and helpful, providing excellent hospitality. They offer pick-up and drop-off services, as well as organizing sightseeing tours. Guests can also enjoy a delicious breakfast served on the terrace.

The hotel had some issues with Wi-Fi and power outages during the monsoon season.

The quality/price ratio at this hotel is mind-blowing! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, PERFECT for relaxation. The garden and rooftop are absolutely stunning, offering a super tranquil atmosphere. The restaurant at the hotel serves some of the best food I've ever had in India, it was jaw-droppingly delicious! The staff, especially Surendra and his team, are extremely kind and always available to assist with any questions or requests. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

The staff are helpful, professional, and attentive. Rooms are large and clean. Walking distance to temples and heart of town. Quiet location, away from tourist area. Good value for money.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, making it easy to access upon arrival. The rooms are spacious and have a suite-like feeling, with a door leading to a terrace space. The bathrooms are also well-sized and comfortable. The staff provides excellent service, connecting guests with guides for city tours and arranging pick-up and drop-off services. Breakfast is delicious and can be enjoyed on the rooftop, offering a lovely view. The hotel has great facilities, including a relaxing ambiance, a rooftop bar, and the ability to arrange excursions and spa activities.

The reception's TV reception can be patchy at times.

We had an amazing stay! The rooms were comfortable and exactly like the pictures. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to help us with tours and transportation. The hotel facilities were great, and we especially loved the rooftop terrace for dinner and drinks. The location was convenient, close to all the attractions. We highly recommend this place!
