We had an early check-out and the staff at Hotel Istay went above and beyond to ensure we had a breakfast to take with us. They even brought us toast and jam, despite it being too early for the breakfast buffet. The location of the hotel is perfect for travelers arriving by train, as it is right opposite the railway station. Additionally, there are eateries and shops nearby, making it convenient for grabbing a quick snack. I would recommend this hotel for its thoughtful service and excellent location.

Complimentary breakfast was decent and the location was great as it was across the train station. The room was clean and beds were comfortable as well.

Terrible customer service! Staff were unapproachable, rude and didn't offer any help when we needed it.

The staff are attentive and provide excellent service, taking care of all your needs. The basic amenities in the rooms are well-maintained and the hot water rain shower is a nice touch. The breakfast spread offers a variety of options to choose from, catering to different tastes.
