I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and always ready to assist me. I loved the location of this hotel as it was close to many shops and restaurants. The room service was great and the room was always kept clean and tidy. I also appreciated the airport shuttle service provided by this hotel, which made my travel experience much smoother.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone, as it is a great place to stay and you will definitely enjoy your time here!

During our city trip, we were offered two complementary drinks upon arrival and a discount for our next stay. the location was convenient with nearby access to public transportation and restaurants.

Our room was not up to standard. the reception also had a tendency to play loud music and felt unwelcoming.

The location is one of the main advantages of this hotel, with a good variety of markets and food places around the area, providing a glimpse into the city culture. The hotel is situated in a central location, allowing easy access to various tourist spots in Delhi. Despite its location in a very bad area of Delhi, the absence of noise from the outside is a plus.

The cleanliness standards of the hotel need improvement, and the staff's behaviour had been reported as not pleasant.
