We loved the heritage-style decorated rooms at Meerana, giving us a real Indian vibe. the convenient location near the Trainstation, lake, and Fort allowed us to explore by foot easily. the kind reception staff organized a taxi for us to visit sights outside the city, such as the haunted Ghost Village and Royal Chatri. Breakfast on the rooftop with a view of the sunset over the Fort was breathtaking. the friendly staff, including waiter Rabhan, made our stay memorable with personalized service and local food recommendations.

The rooftop lounge offered stunning views, and the proximity to major sites made exploring convenient. Cons: Would recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a beautiful exterior and the staff were very helpful. Its location was convenient, being close to both the lake and the fort. I also appreciated the fact that there was a hostel nearby where I could socialize with other guests and get recommendations for places to visit.

The curtains in my room did not cover the entire window, which meant I had to find a private spot to get dressed. if you are sensitive to animal welfare, it may be better to choose a different hotel as there were caged chickens directly in front of the hotel that were being prepared for meat.
