The breakfast had a good variety of options, including Indian dishes, and if you prefer something else, you can order omelettes. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and within a 30-minute drive of shopping malls. The hotel also offers a reliable car rental service. The WiFi was free and the staff were attentive and willing to help, especially KK at the reception. I had a great experience and would choose this hotel again if I return to Mumbai.

Being near to the airport and having an amazingly helpful staff made our stay a win-win choice. The modern rooms were clean, spacious, and equipped with a kettle and a variety of teas and coffee. We appreciated the complementary water bottles. The restaurant had delicious food, cold beers, and recommended breakfast spread.

Finding the hotel pickup at the airport was difficult due to unclear signage, and the prepaid taxi driver couldn't find the hotel even with the given address.

Dirty bedsheets and a broken dispenser in the bathroom were just the beginning of a long list of problems with this hotel. the staff wasn't friendly or responsive, and it often seemed like they didn't care about their guests' experience.

The location was very calm and peaceful, away from any disturbances. The staff were very attentive, polite, and willing to help with all our requests. KK, the receptionist, was particularly exceptional. The room amenities were also great, including air conditioning, an in-room safe, and a flat-screen TV. We also enjoyed the dining restaurant and bar/lounge area, as well as the leisure night club and live entertainment. The free shuttle service and luggage storage were also convenient.

We had a pleasant stay at a hotel close to the airport. Although the area was not ideal, the staff, especially Mr. KK, made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. He went above and beyond to ensure our visit was nice and deserves a 5*. The staff members were attentive, polite, and willing to help. The staff here were super friendly and courteous. They were very fast with the check-in process and were always available to assist and accommodate any requests we had. Special mention to KK, who was very kind and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The room amenities were excellent, and the overall service provided was top-notch.
