The first time I stayed, staff helped me find the place I needed. the hotel has everything I need: Free Wi, Fi, parking, laundry, flat. It suits me perfectly for a city trip. I come back for their excellent bar, restaurant, and 24, hour security.

Smooth check-in but checkout mishap requiring cash payment. Limited breakfast options. Good location but a walk to the temple during Thrissur Pooram. Nicely furnished, with an unpleasant bathroom odor, untuned TV, and limited breakfast buffet. Beautifully built, good for families, with parking.

The breakfast was tasty and varied, it kept us full until late in the day. the location was perfect for exploring the city, within walking distance of all the main attractions. the staff was friendly and welcoming, always happy to help us with our bags.

The room was not well-kept and in need of some major updating. the shower was outdated and difficult to use, not to mention dirty.
