Just stayed at a superb hotel in Agartala. the breakfast was excellent with diverse options. the staff was incredibly friendly. Would DEFINITELY choose it again. Even better than the photos!

we enjoyed a delightful stay at Polo Towers. the breakfast spread is exceptional, covering both breakfast and lunch like a lavish brunch. staff at Three 81, especially rakesh, ayan, and their team, provide outstanding service. the front desk team, led by mr vivek pandey, is courteous and efficient. the facilities are top-notch, and the restaurant and bar offer an extensive menu. definitely a first-class experience, with no language barriers and helpful management.

Stayed at Polo Towers for business for 3 nights. Excellent service, especially from Mr Jabedur. Pool area was a highlight. Fantastic value for money with attentive staff. Clean facilities and delicious breakfast with a variety of options. Courteous front desk and exceptional hospitality from the restaurant staff.

During my recent business trip to Agartala, I had the pleasure of staying at Polo Towers, chosen by my director. the hotel lived up to its reputation with its well, maintained and neat rooms. I found my accommodation clean and comfortable, with a soothing view of lush trees from my window. the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. the food served was delicious and the hotel's infrastructure and facilities were top, notch. On the downside, the ongoing construction for the hotel's extension was a minor inconvenience. Ensuring a room away from the construction noise would be advisable. From the good breakfast spread to the friendly staff and impressive facilities, the hotel provided a comfortable and convenient stay in Agartala.

Great location near shops and restaurants, and impressive lobby. Room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. the breakfast spread was amazing with a variety of dishes to choose from.

The hotel seems overpriced for what it offers in terms of service and amenities. the Wi-Fi was unreliable and the hotel did not have a dedicated cab service for guests.
