Great location close to the central part of the city with easy access to many shops and restaurants. Lovely view from the rooftop pool and the restaurant. The stunning decor of the hotel and its beautiful rooms made me feel like royalty during my stay. Plus point- the breakfast options were plentiful with a lot of variety in the menu.

The service from the staff was extremely disappointing. We experienced delays in our check-in, and it took more than 45 minutes. The room made me feel claustrophobic, and the windows were stained, blocking out the natural light coming in. The cleaning staff was not efficient, and our room was not cleaned correctly. the stay was not worth the amount of money we paid for it.

We stayed at a hotel in the centre of the city, which was very convenient for exploring. The rooms were beautifully decorated and had amazing views of the lake. The staff were extremely helpful and made sure our stay was perfect. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was excellent, and we enjoyed the stunning views while eating. The swimming pool on the roof was a nice touch and provided a great place to relax.

We found one negative aspect of the hotel was the restaurant's food, which was not up to our expectations.
